Brought back some fond memories that As a once Carp Society regional organiser 20 years ago I visited the venue on a few occasions and thourally enjoyed the fishing, the venue and the lovely carp. Well done guys another great film. .

I like how you try to bill it as cheap at 1.25 an hour when in reality £25 for a days fishing is extremely poor value cimpared to season tickets , shame so many have been brain washed into accepting these prices .

Been a few years since i've been on there. I put myself into these attrocious conditions, on mega hard waters, after some big fish. I played a 29 out of a skinny Ash tree once and fell in. Still landed it. At the moment I'm targeting the Shropshire Union. Biggest this season I've had out of the Canal 27lb 6 oz and many 20's. It's hard going though. Thanks for sharing fellas.

Yeah, weedy waters are well oxygenated during the day, but at night it’s saturated with CO2. However, during a strong wind carp in weedy waters will feed at night time, because the wind is oxygenating the lake in a similar way to an aerator.

Another cracking video guys, it reminded me of those leads you used to get with the recess in which you could pull a rubber grommet over a solid pva bag to fish it directly off the lead. Mad invention really but it worked!

Cold water tank test might be interesting.

Mike with you slip D, you mentioned it being around 9 inches but do you ever lengthen this for fishing in silt. Any guidelines for this or do you just use a lighter lead or something? Thanks

My favourite thing about baitworks aside from their awesome bait. Is that, yes they show you what they’re using but they aren’t constantly shoving it down your neck and telling you all the extra powders and liquids you should be buying. Some bait companies you can tell are just focused on selling you as much extra stuff as they can. Using creamino and AH for everything and have total confidence every sesh

The end was best though with the brilliant news on your best friend.I to have an old Jack Russell who is like my second skin and like you I would do anything for him. My girlfriend recently left me due to the constant aroma of the scent from hell that she said in her own words "haunts her every move " she claimed it was in the fabric of her clothes at work and she also was then paranoid other ppl thought it maybe her own body odour that smelt like this , I explained after a while you learn to live with it nevertheless she left anyway so I left her a few scent from hell popups loose in her glove compartment as a fair well gift top bait fellas

i used this in solid bags last year at old hough and meremoor fisheries, i caught that many fish i eneded up pulling my rods to have a breather, no kidding this stuff is powerful. Couldnt even go for a pee....carp was smashing it before it hit the bottom, Now suffering with tendenitis from my last session
